Roman games
As part of the Braga Romana festivities Museu Diogo de Sousa also organised a recreation of Roman games. These games consisted of both physical and mental tests with a special emphasis on Mathematical challenges. Our Form 5 and 6 participated very successfully in these games.

As a follow up to our participation in the museum games we organised an internal competition and the winners went on to represent CLIB in the Braga school’s final which took place once again in Museu Diogo de Sousa on May 27

As well as being a fun activity our students had to demonstrate a working knowledge and command of various mathematical skills. One of our students, Francisco Caldas, showed that he is up there with the very best by winning his category outright. Congratulations Francisco!
